I can wear a lot of hats. I am a highly strategic, creative leader and communicator who has served in a diverse array of sectors, from nonprofit to corporate to government. For more than 30 years, I have successfully navigated marketing, public relations and fundraising terrains. I can lead, manage, plan, write and coach.  

I have your back. I assess plans, projects and content from all angles. I’ll ask: Could this tagline have an unintended double meaning? Is a fundraiser idea fabulous but off-brand? Have we forgotten to survey a key stakeholder? If I see a potential misfire, I’ll let you know.

I am aware. Having lived and worked in diverse, multicultural and bicultural settings, I bring a unique cultural awareness and sensitivity. I understand the tremendous power and responsibility of language and design.

I know people. If you need work on a project that is outside of my skill set, I’ll help you find the right fit. I never want to be “all hat and no cattle,” as my Texan relatives say. I am rich in talented colleagues who excel in their fields. I can bring them in on the project or you can work directly with them.
