I can independently plan, write, lead, manage and coach. I will also successfully collaborate with you and your team, in addition to creatives and board members.

Planning

Types of plans include: strategic, integrated marketing, public relationscommunity outreach, crisis communication and diversified fundraising. I also conduct survey research, hold stakeholder interviews and identify/develop personas to inform your plans and initiatives. Each organization’s culture, priorities and budget will vary—contact me, so we can discuss what strategic process and plans will help you achieve success.

Projects

Don’t miss out on effectively communicating with your VIPs. Hand over a project to me and know it will get done. Types of projects include: leading brand development, creating content calendars, writing content for multiple platforms, running point on special eventsplus much more.

 

People

Sometimes you have the budget to hire a Coordinator, but you really need an experienced Vice President. I can help coach and equip your communications staff, giving them clarity regarding priorities and the tools they need to elevate your business.
